Gerard uses state of the art methods that are engaging and that have a strong impact on the individuals and on the organization. One of the most personable and creative persons I have encountered who consistently gets results.
Gerard is the most knowledgeable, energetic, funny, and exciting facilitator that I have had the pleasure to work with. His enthusiasm is contagious and if you don't learn something from a session facilitated by Gerard, you have been asleep!
Gerard is a great collaborator, has innovative ideas and gets things done. His enthusiastic approach is contagious and fun. If you like to laugh, learn and enjoy yourself, Gerard is a great person to connect with. I highly recommend!
I have learned so much from Gerard, both as a participant in workshops he's facilitated, but also I have learned a lot about facilitating and he's helped me change my own practice. Gerard truly teaches by example!
What I very much appreciate is that Gerard works diligently with his client to understand expectations and desired outcomes, and then comes up with an approach that meets the client’s needs. It never feels as if I am getting a “cookie cutter” facilitated session with Gerard.”
Gerard makes it FUN as well as productive. I am always on the lookout for Gerard's next class so I can sign up right away!
Gerard is an accomplished, versatile consultant and exceptional facilitator, who tailors his approach to meet each client's needs. It was a gift to work with him and I look forward to another opportunity in the near future!
Gerard creates an open, comfortable atmosphere through his facilitation style. He appropriately encourages participation from group members and leads members successfully to achieve their outcomes.
